Description

33kv Dry-type transformers are widelyused in locallightinghigh-rise buildingsairports.wharf CNC machinery and other places.Simply speaking,dry-type transformers refer to transformers in which iron cores and windings are not immersed in insulating oil.

Cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling(AN)and forced air cooling(AF).During natural air cooling the transformer can operate continuously for a long time at rated capacity.When forced air cooling occursthe output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%.

Suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation Since the load loss and impedance voltage increase greatly during overload and are in non-economic operation,it should not be kept in continuous overload operation for a long time.

Product Features

1.The high voltage winding is made of lacquered copper wire, and the low voltage winding is made of copper foil. The high voltage windings are filled with fiberglass felt. It is poured with imported epoxy resin without filler under vacuum condition, forming a solid whole after curing, with high mechanical strength, less partial discharge and high reliability.

2.Flame retardant, explosion proof, no environmental pollution, environmental protection, can be installed in the load center.

3.The coil does not absorb moisture, the core and the clip can run in 100% relative humidity and other harsh environment after special processing. No dewatering is required for intermittent operation. Short circuit resistance, high lightning impact level, strong overload capacity.

4.Thin resin insulation layer inside and outside the coil, good heat dissipation performance. The cooling method is generally natural air cooling (AN). An air cooling system (AF) is available for transformers of any protection level. Low loss, high power saving effect. Economical operation, maintenance free. Small size, light weight, small footprint space, convenient installation.
