Overview About GW5-35kv High Voltage Isolating Switch

(1) This high voltage isolating switch is a double-column horizontal fracture with an open-in-the-middle type. It can be equipped with grounding switches on one or both sides. 90 drive isolator adopts CS17 manpower operation mechanism for tripole linkage operation. 180 drive isolator adopts CJ6 motor operation mechanism or CS17G manpower operation mechanism for triple linkage operation. Grounding switch adopts CS17G manpower operation mechanism for triple linkage operation.

(2) The disconnector is a double-column V-shaped horizontal open type. Each single stage consists of a base, a pillar insulator, an outlet seat and a contact. It consists of two bearings with 50 degrees angle and two pillar insulators which are installed on the ground bearings at both ends of the base and perpendicular to the base. The main electric part is installed above the two pillar insulated ceramic bottles, and rotates about 90 degrees with the pillar insulated ceramic bottles.

(3) The soft connection of copper braided tape in the outlet seat is respectively fastened to the conductive pole and the wiring board, which is used for connecting the lines of users.

(4) The contact finger of the middle contact part is assembled in pairs, using external pressure type or self-supporting type, which is in the form of turning-in type, in order to reduce the wear between the contact and the contact finger when opening and closing, and improve the service life.

(5) When the disconnector is equipped with grounding switch, the base for interlocking the main circuit and grounding switch is used. The fan-shaped plate and arc-shaped plate on the disconnector ensure that the grounding switch can not be closed when the main conducting circuit closes, and the main circuit can not be closed when the grounding switch closes.

Product Structural features and working principle:

(1) Hot-dip galvanizing process is used for all anti-corrosion treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing can not guarantee that the parts that meet the requirements of rotation are generally made of stainless steel, fasteners below M8 are made of stainless steel, and the rest are made of hot-dip galvanizing.
(2) Conductive part of copper tube soft connection type, the middle contact is “handshake” type self-supporting contact, spring external pressure type no current through, disconnector has only one contact point in the middle, the rest are fixed by soft connection.
(3) A new contact structure is adopted, one end of the contact plate is fixed with the contact seat, and the contact pressure is produced by the deformation of the contact plate and the spring, so that the sliding contact at the end of the contact finger is changed to a fixed contact, so as to improve the electrical conductivity reliability.
(4) On-site users do not need to weld, do not need to prepare auxiliary materials, only provide installation brackets (with brackets and height indicated when ordering)
(5) The rotating part is equipped with a self-lubricating sleeve without grease.
(6) The main terminal is flat.
(7) The strength density of the post insulator used for switch is high, stable and reliable. The formulation is made of high strength porcelain, which reduces the dispersion of product strength and increases the tensile strength of the product. Structural design has a large strength reserve for the product and ensures the stability and reliability of the product in operation.
